IT’S PRECIOUS BECAUSE it has a high proportion (up to 80%) of skin nourishing fatty acids and exceptionally high levels of the antioxidant vitamin E. The nourishing fatty acids, gamma-linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9) are deeply moisturising and soothing, helping to reduce the appearance of any fine lines. Vitamin E helps protect the skin against damage from free radicals, which is known to encourage skin ageing. It also contains active triterpenoids which promotes surface skin cell renewal leaving the skin looking fresh and radiant.
IT’S SOURCED FROM Morocco, where the Argan nut is cracked by hand to obtain the Argan kernel. The kernel is then pressed to extract the oil.
