Reishi Mushroom, also known as Lingzhi, has been celebrated in Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 2,000 years. It’s rich in the polysaccharide β-1-3-D-glucan, which is shown to have strong anti-inflammatory properties.
Shiitake Mushroom
Contains high levels of the active polysaccharide lentinan, which is shown to protect the skin.
Holy Basil
Also known as Tulsi, it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years. Best known for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it helps to soothe the skin.
Ashwagandha
This antioxidant rich adaptogen helps to shield skin against external stressors, irritants and pollutants. It also has skin calming and soothing properties.
Ginseng
Rich in antioxidants, it’s been shown to calm, brighten and revitalise the skin.
